چکیده
Abstract Compo-casting method is one of the popular techniques to produce metal-based matrix composites. But main challenges in this process un-uniform spreading reinforced subdivisions (particles) inside metallic and lack desirable mechanical properties final produced composites due low bonding strength among metal reinforcement particles. To remove these difficulties promote kind composites, accumulative press (WAPB) technique as a supplementary heighten microstructural evolution casted Al/TiO 2 composite bars was utilized novelty study. The microstructure have been compared with various WAPB steps using tensile test, average Vickers micro hardness wear test scanning electron microscopy (SEM). SEM results revealed that during higher APB steps, big titanium dioxide (TiO ) clusters are broken TiO particles distributed uniformly. It shown cumulating forming improved In general, combined compo-casting would consent making high consistency good properties.
